Kingdom Rides + Adventures is a rider owned adventure company and bicycle shop based in Madang, Brunei Darussalam. Run by an Australian family with more than twenty years of mechanical and riding experience, we strive to provide cyclists from Brunei and abroad with the highest level of service. Specializing in mountain biking rides and retail, we aim to provide cyclists with what they need to enjoy the activity that we are so passionate about.
Since opening in 2015, our shop has been serving cyclists of all backgrounds and pursuits. Our full service center and experienced mechanics are equipped and trained to repair mountain bikes, folding bikes, and everything in between. In addition, a comfortable retail space showcases bikes and accessories from trusted brands within the cycling industry.
Kingdom Rides and Adventures has steadily gained its reputation as one of Brunei Darussalam’s go to shop for mountain bikers. After almost 8 years since its establishment, the shop has gone through considerable achievements and milestones with regards to its influence and also effort in helping the ever increasing growth of local cycling/mountain biking scene. The Government’s effort in starting Bandarku Ceria, a no car weekend event at the city center sparks a nationwide interest in cycling, which in turn helps to influence a considerable amount of people to mountain biking as well!
Perhaps one of our biggest milestone achievement so far is our involvement in bringing to the country its first ever International enduro mountain biking race, the 2017 Royal Brunei Enduro. With Royal Brunei Airlines as its official sponsor, the race which is part of the Asian Enduro Series was a big hit, attracting international riders to the country. What makes this race exciting was the participation of local riders which made up more than half of the total participants!
